Job summary

Care the Wright Way LLC is seeking a compassionate Personal Care Aide (PCA) to support seniors and individuals with disabilities in Atlanta, GA. You will provide daily living assistance, promote safety and independence, and help maintain a comfortable living environment.

Shifts run 2:00 PM–7:00 PM weekly. The ideal candidate is reliable, patient, and capable of following care plans with kindness and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiver experience preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, if required for the assignment.
• Ability to follow care plans and health and safety guidelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work the 2:00 PM–7:00 PM shift each week.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing.
• Provide support with mobility, walking, and transfers as needed.
• Prepare meals and snacks according to the client’s needs.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe living environment.
• Provide medication reminders and assistance as permitted by applicable policies and regulations.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with errands and grocery shopping as needed.
• Observe and report changes in the client’s condition to the appropriate supervisor.
• Follow all care plans, health and safety guidelines, and company policies.

In this role, you will support seniors and individuals with disabilities by assisting with daily living activities and promoting their comfort, safety, and independence.

Schedule

2:00 PM – 7:00 PM, weekly
