Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. is seeking a Personal Care Aide to support patients with daily hygiene, feeding, and comfort, delivering compassionate and dignified in-home care.

You will assist with daily living tasks, provide companionship, help schedule appointments, and coordinate with our nursing team. We offer competitive pay, flexible FT/PT/PRN schedules, benefits, and a daily pay option.

Qualifications

• One (1) year of verifiable experience in assisting patients in personal care.
• Ability to follow instructions and document notes on patient's condition.
• Reliable transportation to/from care sites.
• Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily hygiene activities, such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and nutritional intake.
• Help patients with daily living tasks, including light housekeeping, shopping, meal prep, and grocery shopping.
• Provide companionship and conversation; engage patients to support emotional well-being.
• Assist patient navigation of the healthcare system by scheduling appointments and communicating needs to our nursing team.

• Assist patients with daily hygiene activities, such bathing, grooming, toileting and elimination, and nutritional intake.
• Help patients with daily living deeds, such as, light housekeeping, shopping, preparing meals, and grocery shopping
• Provide companionship and conversation; even the smallest interaction means a lot
• Help the patient navigate the healthcare system by scheduling appointments and communicating needs to our nursing team, when appropriate

To qualify for a Personal Care Aide with us, you will need:

• One (1) year of verifiable experience in assisting patients in personal care
• Attention to detail; able to carefully follow instructions and document notes regarding a patient's condition.
• Reliable transportation to/from care sites and/or work location
• Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance
