Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. is seeking a Personal Care Aide to support clients with daily hygiene, nutrition, and mobility needs. This role emphasizes compassionate, patient-centered care in home or facility settings, with focus on dignity and comfort for the client.

We offer truly flexible scheduling (FT, PT, PRN), and benefits with a Daily Pay option. The position supports 1:1 patient care and requires reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• One (1) year of verifiable experience in assisting patients in personal care
• Attention to detail; able to carefully follow instructions and document notes regarding a patient's condition
• Reliable transportation to/from care sites and/or work location
• Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily hygiene activities, such as bathing, grooming, toileting and nutritional intake
• Help patients with daily living tasks, including light housekeeping, shopping, meals, and groceries
• Provide companionship and conversation to support emotional well-being
• Help patients navigate the healthcare system by scheduling appointments and communicating needs to nursing team when appropriate

As a Personal Care Aide, you will:

• Assist patients with daily hygiene activities, such bathing, grooming, toileting and elimination, and nutritional intake.
• Help patients with daily living deeds, such as, light housekeeping, shopping, preparing meals, and grocery shopping
• Provide companionship and conversation; even the smallest interaction means a lot
• Help the patient navigate the healthcare system by scheduling appointments and communicating needs to our nursing team, when appropriate
