Job summary

Paramount Senior Living in Columbia, PA is hiring a Personal Care Aide with Free Med Tech Training and a Full-Time schedule, offering a supportive team environment and opportunities to build clinical skills. You will provide hands-on care to residents, assist with daily living activities, monitor safety, and follow care plans under the supervision of the care manager and nurse shift supervisor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (required).
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• CPR and/or first aid certification preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• No experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and assistance with daily living activities.
• Support residents’ emotional, physical, and psychological needs.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable living environment.
• Follow care plans and complete assigned duties accurately.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and care team members.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
