Job summary

Paramount Senior Living is hiring a Nursing Assistant in West Mifflin, PA. No experience is required; training is provided, including a Free Med Tech Training Program that can lead to medication technician eligibility after 90 days.

You will deliver hands-on care, assist with daily living activities, and support residents’ emotional and physical needs while collaborating with the care team. This is a full-time role with strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (required).
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• CPR and/or first aid certification preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• No experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and assistance with daily living activities.
• Support residents’ emotional, physical, and psychological needs.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable living environment.
• Follow care plans and complete assigned duties accurately.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and care team members.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
