Job summary

Paramount Senior Living in Bethel Park, PA is seeking a Nursing Assistant to help residents with daily activities and provide support throughout the day. No experience is required, and training is provided.

After 90 days, eligible team members may qualify for our Free Med Tech Training Program, offering an opportunity to learn new skills and grow your career. We offer a full-time schedule, next day pay, and a benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, PTO, 401(k), tuition

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license.
• CPR or First Aid certification is a plus, but not required.
• No experience needed. We will train you.

Responsibilities

• Help residents with daily activities
• Assist with personal care needs
• Offer support and companionship
• Help keep resident rooms clean and safe
• Follow care instructions from nurses
• Work as part of a care team
• Complete other assigned duties
