Interim HealthCare Inc. is seeking a compassionate Personal Care Aide to support patients in their homes, delivering dignified, person-centered care and maintaining comfort for clients who rely on our services.

You will assist with hygiene and daily living activities, provide companionship, and communicate needs to the nursing team to coordinate appointments. We offer flexible scheduling (FT/PT/PRN), daily pay options, and a commitment to preventing overtime where possible.

Qualificações

• One year of verifiable experience in assisting patients in personal care.
• Attention to detail; able to follow instructions and document notes regarding patient's condition.
• Reliable transportation to/from care sites and/or work location.

Responsabilidades

• Assist patients with daily hygiene activities such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and nutritional intake.
• Help with daily living tasks like light housekeeping, shopping, meals, and errands.
• Provide companionship and conversation to support patient well-being.
• Coordinate with nursing staff by scheduling appointments and communicating patient needs.

As a Personal Care Aide, you will:

• Assist patients with daily hygiene activities, such bathing, grooming, toileting and elimination, and nutritional intake.
• Help patients with daily living deeds, such as, light housekeeping, shopping, preparing meals, and grocery shopping
• Provide companionship and conversation; even the smallest interaction means a lot
• Help the patient navigate the healthcare system by scheduling appointments and communicating needs to our nursing team, when appropriate

To qualify for a Personal Care Aide with us, you will need:

• One (1) year of verifiable experience in assisting patients in personal care
• Attention to detail; able to carefully follow instructions and document notes regarding a patient's condition.
• Reliable transportation to/from care sites and/or work location
• Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance
