Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. is seeking a Personal Care Aide to support patients at home in Bridgeport, WV. You will assist with daily hygiene, meal prep, light housekeeping, and transportation coordination with the nursing team to ensure comfort and dignity.

• One (1) year of verifiable experience in assisting patients in personal care
• Attention to detail; able to carefully follow instructions and document notes regarding a patient's condition.
• Reliable transportation to/from care sites and/or work location
• Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance

• Assist patients with daily hygiene activities, such as bathing, grooming, toileting and elimination, and nutritional intake.
• Help patients with daily living tasks, including light housekeeping, shopping, meal preparation, and grocery shopping
• Provide companionship and conversation; meaningful interactions matter
• Assist patient navigation of the healthcare system by scheduling appointments and communicating needs to the nursing team when appropriate
