Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. is seeking a Personal Care Aide to support patients with daily hygiene, nutrition, and mobility needs. You will provide compassionate, one-on-one care, coordinate appointments, and communicate with the nursing team to ensure comfort and dignity for clients.

We offer flexible scheduling (FT, PT, PRN), competitive pay with benefits and incentives, and a Daily Pay option. No overtime required, and a focus on patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily hygiene activities, such as bathing, grooming, toileting and nutritional intake.
• Help patients with daily living tasks like light housekeeping, shopping, meals, and grocery shopping.
• Provide companionship and conversation to support wellbeing.
• Help the patient navigate the healthcare system by scheduling appointments and communicating needs to our nursing team.

As a Personal Care Aide, you will:

• Assist patients with daily hygiene activities, such bathing, grooming, toileting and elimination, and nutritional intake.
• Help patients with daily living deeds, such as, light housekeeping, shopping, preparing meals, and grocery shopping
• Provide companionship and conversation; even the smallest interaction means a lot
• Help the patient navigate the healthcare system by scheduling appointments and communicating needs to our nursing team, when appropriate

To qualify for a Personal Care Aide with us, you will need:

• One (1) year of verifiable experience in assisting patients in personal care
• Attention to detail; able to carefully follow instructions and document notes regarding a patient's condition.
• Reliable transportation to/from care sites and/or work location
• Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance
