Job summary

Marian Assisted Living in Maryland is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant / Personal Care Aide to provide hands-on care to residents according to the service plan. You will assist with bathing, dressing, meals, and daily activities while maintaining dignity and comfort.

This full-time, on-site role offers overtime-eligible pay ranging from $18.00 to $21.00 per hour, plus a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Ability to prioritize and be flexible.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or work under someone 21+.
• CNA certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with care needs (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Assist with meals (table setup, serving, clean-up).
• Respond to help bells and other communications.
• Document information regarding residents to supervisor.
• Assist in housekeeping and laundry tasks for residents.
• Participate in general housekeeping duties for the home.
