Job summary

Interim HealthCare is seeking a dedicated Home Health Aide/Caregiver to support seniors at home in St. Augustine, FL. You will provide personal care, assist with daily activities, and help maintain a safe home environment.

The role offers competitive pay ($19–$22/hr), 1:1 client ratios, and the chance to set your own schedule while building skills through online training and CEUs.

Qualifications

• CNA License or HHA Certificate required.
• Six months of experience in a healthcare role preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• Valid FL driver’s license, auto insurance and transportation.
• Compassionate and helping nature with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support for seniors to live safely at home.
• Assist with activities of daily living: bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meals, shopping, transportation and companionship.
• Help with ambulation, transferring and range of motion exercises.
• Provide medication reminders, document condition and notify supervisor of concerns.
• Ensure a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways.
• Engage clients in activities like puzzles, games, reading and hobbies.
