Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. is seeking a skilled Nursing Assistant to provide personal care and support in a group home setting. You will collaborate with RNs, LPNs, and aides to ensure high-quality patient care while assisting with daily activities.

Full-time shifts are 8a-8p and 8p-8a every other weekend, with flexible times possible. CPR and WV nursing assistant certification are required. Weekly pay and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Active Nursing Assistant Certification in WV.
• CPR Certification.
• Knowledge of state and federal healthcare laws and regulations.
• Compassionate nature with good communication and ability to lift to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Care for the personal care and hygiene needs of residents in a group home type setting.
• Work with a team of RNs, LPNs, and aides to deliver excellent patient care.
• Help with daily needs such as bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, eating and nutritional intake.
• Assist with ambulation, transfers and range of motion exercises.
• Check vitals, measure intake/output, monitor blood glucose and document any changes.
• Observe patient and notify supervisor of issues requiring a change in care, medication or equipment.
