Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. is seeking a dedicated Nursing Assistant for full-time shifts in a group home setting. You will provide personal care, assist with daily activities, and work closely with RNs and aides to ensure high-quality patient care.

Shifts run 8a-8p and 8p-8a on weekends on an alternating basis, with some flexibility to 7a-7p. Compensation is $21 per hour, and weekly/daily benefits apply. Join a compassionate team focused on patient well-being.

Qualifications

• Active Nursing Assistant Certification (state-level) is required.
• CPR Certification is required.
• Knowledge of state and federal healthcare laws and regulations.
• Compassionate nature, good communication, and ability to lift to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Care for the personal care and hygiene needs of residents in a group home setting.
• Work with a team of RNs, LPNs, and aides to deliver patient care.
• Assist with daily needs such as bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, eating and nutritional intake.
• Assist with ambulation, transfers and range of motion exercises.
• Check vitals, measure intake/output, monitor blood glucose and document changes.
• Observe patients and notify supervisor of issues requiring changes in care, medications, or equipment.
