As a Personal Care Aide + Certified Med Tech at Christ the King Personal Care, you’ll work with our residents to provide care that fosters independence and confidence in their golden years.

Your Responsibilities as a PCA on Our Team

1. Provide exceptional personal service and daily care to residents.
2. Communicate effectively with residents, staff, management, and families.
3. Have knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures.
4. Provide physical resident care, including personal hygiene and grooming.
5. Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs.
6. Assist in maintaining nutrition and document meal intake.
7. Know proper first aid techniques.
8. Complete medication reminder documentation.
9. Maintain a therapeutic environment for residents.
10. Encourage resident participation in activities and assist with transportation.
11. Perform lifting, turning, and repositioning as needed.
12. Perform other related duties as assigned.

About You

You have excellent customer service skills, are flexible, compassionate, and dependable. Previous experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care is a plus, but all nurses are encouraged to apply!

Qualifications
