Job summary

Shenandoah Personal Care Senior Living Community in Shenandoah, PA is seeking a compassionate Personal Care Aide (PCA) to join our team on a part-time basis. No prior experience is required as facility training for medication administration is provided.

The role includes providing daily care, companionship, and support per individualized care plans. Schedule is 10pm–6am with every other weekend and holiday required. Benefits and shift differential available.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing quality resident care.
• Previous experience is not required; training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Administer medications to residents who are not self-administering, following facility-provided training.
• Assist and support residents during mealtimes.
• Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support.
• Foster meaningful relationships with residents and promote their dignity and independence.
• Follow individualized care plans and facility policies.

Shenandoah Personal Care Senior Living Community is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and caring Personal Care Aide (PCA) to join our team.

This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents while working in a supportive senior living environment. No prior experience is necessary-facility training for medication administration is provided.

Schedule

• Part-Time

• 10pm-6am

• Every Other Weekend and Holiday Required

Pay Rate

• $14.00-$15.00 per hour, depending on experience

• Shift Differential available

About the Role

As a Personal Care Aide, you will provide daily care, assistance, and companionship to residents while ensuring their needs are met according to individualized care plans.
