Shenandoah Personal Care Senior Living Community in Shenandoah, PA is seeking a compassionate Personal Care Aide (PCA) to join our team. This role provides daily care, assistance, and companionship to residents, following individualized care plans.

No prior experience is required; facility training for medication administration is provided. This part-time night shift (10pm-6am) offers $14.00-$15.00 per hour, with a shift differential available and every other weekend and holiday required.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing quality resident care.
• Previous experience is not required; training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Administer medications to residents who are not self-administering, following facility-provided training.
• Assist and support residents during mealtimes.
• Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support.
• Foster meaningful relationships with residents and promote their dignity and independence.
• Follow individualized care plans and facility policies.

Shenandoah Personal Care Senior Living Community is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and caring Personal Care Aide (PCA) to join our team.

This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents while working in a supportive senior living environment. No prior experience is necessary-facility training for medication administration is provided.

Schedule

• Part-Time

• 10pm-6am

• Every Other Weekend and Holiday Required

Pay Rate

• $14.00-$15.00 per hour, depending on experience

About the Role
