ComForCare Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate HHA/CNA/PCA to join our in-home care team in Excelsior, MN. You will provide personal care, monitor health changes, assist with mobility, meals, and daily living activities, and maintain safety and accurate records.

Qualifications

• Valid certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Personal Care Assistant (PCA).
• Experience in providing personal care services is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Must pass background checks and drug screenings.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to clients' needs.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate clients' needs.
