Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversation and accurate handling of transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service tools (ATM, Online, Mobile).
• Support sales by outbound outreach and identifying client needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
