Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience engaging with clients in a service, sales, or relationship building environment
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a financial institution preferred
• Experience educating clients on products and services in a consultative manner
• Ability to obtain and maintain active NMLS registration; Notary license preferred

Responsibilities

• Delivers welcoming, personalized client experiences through discovery and relationship building
• Drives client acquisition and relationship growth for the bank location
• Explains TD products clearly, including mortgage options, with risk and regulatory awareness
• Maintains documentation accuracy and adheres to risk/compliance standards
