You will engage with customers and prospects, assess their financial needs, and propose tailored solutions across everyday banking, lending, and investments while leveraging digital tools for a simple, fast experience.

As an integral branch team member, you will help grow relationships in the community, adhere to risk and regulatory

Qualifications

• Typically 2–3 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field desirable
• Appropriate lending qualifications and designations
• Experience in financial services is an asset
• Confident with social media, tablets, smartphones, online tools and applications
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport with customers
• Ability to work in a team-based environment and deliver personal customer experience

Responsibilities

• Engages customers to complete needs assessments for financial solutions
• Provides advice on digital and self-serve options to streamline banking
• Develops new relationships within the community and follows up with opportunities
• Maintains compliance with legal, regulatory and lending policies
• Acts as a collaborative member of the branch and market team
• Probes to understand personal banking and credit card needs and integrates promotions
