Job summary

You will identify customer needs, propose tailored financial solutions, and guide clients through lending and digital options while maintaining compliance and risk guidelines.

The role involves building relationships, generating appointments, and collaborating across branches and partners.

Qualifications

• Typical 2–3 years of relevant experience with a post-secondary degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Canada-only requirement excluded for US postings.
• Lending qualifications and designations as applicable.
• Knowledge of personal and small business banking needs and solutions.
• Experience in financial services is an asset.
• Comfort with social media, tablets, smartphones, online tools, and apps.
• Consultative customer service or sales experience with a results focus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver needs-based assessments to identify financial solutions and preferred banking channels.
• Provide advice on everyday banking, lending, home financing, and small business solutions.
• Engage customers to grow relationships, generate appointments, and cross-sell.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and risk policies.
• Collaborate with branch teams and partners to enhance the customer experience.
