Job summary

BMO's Eubank branch in Albuquerque is seeking a Retail Banking Sales & Service associate to deliver exceptional customer service, assess needs, and guide clients to suitable financial solutions. You will engage customers to understand their everyday banking, lending, and investment needs and promote digital options for a smooth experience.

Qualifications

• Typically between 2 - 3 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study desirable or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Canada only: Registration to sell investment products completed - as appropriate for the jurisdiction.
• Appropriate lending qualifications and designations.
• Working knowledge of personal and small business customer needs and solutions.
• Working knowledge of retail investments and lending products.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with existing customers and prospects by providing needs-based assessments to grow loyalty and identify opportunities.
• Engage customers to complete needs assessments that identify financial solutions and preferred banking channels while recommending tailored solutions.
• Offer clients advice on digital and self-serve options to make banking easier, quicker and more convenient.
• Support customer transactions as needed based on traffic and demand.
• Build relationships by generating appointments and expanding reach within the community.
