Job summary

Qualifications

• Typically 1-2 years of relevant experience and/or certification in related field of study desirable or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Some experience in consultative customer service or sales roles with drive to deliver personal customer experience.
• Confident with using devices like tablets, smartphones, online tools and apps.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build rapport.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with BMO partners to identify referral opportunities that grow customer relationships.
• Welcomes and guides customers and explains digital and self-serve options for easy banking.
• Conducts client conversations about banking services and provides personal banking and investment advice.
