Job summary

Regions Bank in Clinton, Mississippi seeks a Relationship Banker I to deliver an outstanding customer experience on the cash line and by phone. You will resolve basic service needs, educate customers on digital banking and build relationships to grow their bank usage.

The role supports branch goals and may involve outbound calls to educate customers on new technology and products. Training and incentives are included as part of the package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions.
• Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels.
• Ability to use a computer frequently, including typing and monitoring.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer experience on the cash line and over the phone.
• Process transactions and assist with customer service inquiries.
• Develop relationships by staying informed about customer banking needs.
• Educate customers on digital banking options (mobile, online, ATM).
• Assist team members with basic tasks and support problem resolution.
• Refer customers to internal experts for complex financial goals.
• Follow bank processes, manage operational risks, and support branch targets.
