Job summary

Qualifications

• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Handle business credit requests under $250K and refer larger opportunities
• Build referral opportunities through COIs and MGM program
• Grow the small business client base with targeted sales plans
• Deliver client services and calls to acquire and deepen relationships through cross-sell
• Coach tellers and branch staff on products and referrals
• Educate clients on services and digital channels and present offers
• Assess risk and ensure compliance with Citigroup policies
