Qualifications

• Knowledge of Smart Banking tools and technologies.
• NMLS registration; Safe Act compliant.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with business credit requests less than $250K and cross-sell related products.
• Build referral business opportunities and cross-sell programs.
• Grow small business client relationships and implement sales plans.
• Deliver client services and outbound/inbound calls to acquire and deepen relationships.
• Coach branch staff on products and referrals.
• Educate clients on service and digital channels and present financial solutions.
• Adhere to Citi policies, risk management and compliance requirements.
