Qualifications

• Previous customer service and sales experience, including handling cash preferred.
• Effective interpersonal/communication skills.
• Proficient computer navigation skills, bilingual applicants a plus.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Willingness to obtain, apply, and share knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Perform transactions in an accurate and timely manner.
• Proactively look for ways to enhance service and referral performance by supporting bank initiatives.
