Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of specialized sales and business banking solutions.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes and guides customers in the branch lobby and explains digital/self-serve options.
• Identifies customer needs and provides advice on financial solutions.
• Collaborates with BMO partners to identify referral opportunities to grow relationships.
• Assists in conducting client conversations about banking services and channels.
• Meets customer transaction-based needs with seamless execution.
• Protects customers' assets by following risk and compliance processes.
