Qualifications

• Experience in a consultative customer service or sales role is preferred.
• Comfort with social media, tablets, smartphones, and online tools.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work in a team-based environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service and guidance on banking and financial solutions.
• Collaborate with BMO partners to identify referral opportunities.
• Assist in guiding customers in the branch to use digital and self-serve options.
• Conduct conversations to identify personal banking and credit card needs.
• Execute transactions with accuracy and efficiency and protect customer information.
• Support branch operations including filing, opening/closing activities, and follow-ups.
