BMO U.S. is seeking a customer-focused associate to deliver exceptional service to customers and prospects. You will identify needs, guide customers on digital options, and collaborate with branch partners to drive a strong customer experience and business results.

You will conduct needs-based conversations, assist with banking services and credit card inquiries, and ensure transactions are executed smoothly while maintaining compliance and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Typically 1–2 years of relevant experience and/or certification in a related field.
• Confident and experienced using social media, tablets, smartphones, online tools and applications.
• Experience in consultative customer service or sales roles with a focus on a personal customer experience.
• Basic knowledge of specialized sales and business banking solutions.
• Commitment to helping customers and delivering personal experiences.
• Results-focused and able to thrive in a consultative, team-based environment.
• Self-starter with courage to approach customers and collaborate within a team.
• Strong listening, problem solving, and adaptable communication skills.
• Good organizational, collaboration, and analytical abilities.

Responsabilités

• Delivers exceptional service to BMO customers and prospects and identifies needs.
• Welcomes customers in the branch lobby and guides them to digital/self-serve options.
• As a lobby leader, conducts conversations about banking services and channel alternatives.
• Meets transactional needs with seamless execution and accuracy.
• Reviews customer profiles to identify opportunities in everyday banking and credit card needs.
• Contributes to meeting branch business results and customer experience.
• Supports branch operations and risk/compliance processes to protect customers.
