BMO is seeking a customer-focused Banking & Sales professional in the United States to deliver exceptional service and advisory support. You will identify customer needs, conduct needs-based assessments, and guide clients toward tailored everyday banking, lending, and small business solutions, across branch and digital channels.

You will engage with customers to grow loyalty, participate in risk and compliance processes, and work with a collaborative team to achieve business objectives.

Formación

• Typically 2–3 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree or equivalent experience.
• Lending qualifications and designations may be required.
• Working knowledge of personal and small business banking needs and solutions.
• Familiarity with retail investments and lending products is advantageous.
