BMO is seeking a customer-focused associate for a branch role in Westminster, CA. Bilingual English and Spanish or Vietnamese and English is preferred, with a focus on delivering exceptional personal banking guidance and investment advice where appropriate.

You will work in a team-oriented branch environment, guiding customers through digital options, handling transactions, and identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and overall branch performance.

Formación

• Typically between 1 – 2 years of relevant experience and/or certification in related field is desirable.
• Confidence and experience in using social media, tablets, smartphones, online tools and applications.
• Experience in consultative customer service or sales roles with a drive to deliver a personal customer experience.
• Basic knowledge of specialized sales and business banking solutions to refer to specialists.

Responsabilidades

• Delivers exceptional service to BMO customers and prospects and provides guidance on financial solutions in customers' best interests.
• Collaborates with BMO partners to identify referral opportunities and grow customer relationships.
• Welcomes customers in the branch lobby and guides them to digital and self-serve options for a fast banking experience.
• Engages in needs-based conversations to identify opportunities in personal banking and credit card needs.
• Supports operational activities, including inventory management, filing, and branch procedures.
• Maintains knowledge of personal banking products and trends and complies with risk and regulatory requirements.
