Job summary

You will work collaboratively with branch partners to provide personal banking and guidance aligned with customer goals.

You will engage clients with needs-based conversations, process transactions efficiently, and help drive branch performance while adhering to risk and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience and/or certification desirable or equivalent education/experience
• Experience in consultative customer service or sales, with focus on personal customer experience
• Basic knowledge of specialized banking solutions to refer to specialists
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to a branch environment

Responsibilities

• Welcomes and guides customers as they walk into the branch, offering guidance on digital and self-serve options
• Identify referral opportunities with BMO partners to grow customer relationships beyond personal banking
• Conduct client conversations about banking services and channels to provide strategic advice
• Meet customer transaction needs with accurate and seamless execution
• Review customer profiles and engage in needs-based conversations for opportunities and credit card needs
• Contribute to branch business results and customer experience
• Assist with operational activities and branch processes as needed
• Collaborate within branch and market teams to deliver exceptional service
• Ensure compliance with risk and regulatory requirements and safeguard customer assets
