Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Takes a lead in engaging with existing customers and prospects by needs-based assessments to grow loyalty and identify opportunities.

• Offers guidance on digital and self-serve options to make banking easy, simple, and fast.
• Supports customer transactions and builds relationships through multiple channels.
• Maintains compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and lending policies.
• Acts as a key member of the branch and market team to deliver the customer experience.
• Applies risk management framework to protect assets and ensure loan portfolio quality.
