Job summary

BMO Harris Bank is seeking a Branch Customer Service & Sales professional in Wisconsin. You will welcome customers, identify their banking needs, and guide them to suitable personal banking and credit card solutions, while collaborating with partners to enhance the customer experience across channels.

You will conduct needs-based conversations, promote digital options, ensure accurate records, and support branch operations with a focus on compliance and risk management.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience desirable or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Confident and experienced in using social media, tablets, smartphones, online tools and applications.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and deliver a personal customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and guide customers entering the branch, explaining digital and self-serve options.
• Identify customer needs and provide guidance on financial solutions and services.
• Refer opportunities to partners to grow the customer relationship beyond personal banking.
• Engage customers in needs-based conversations to address everyday banking and credit card needs.
• Conduct client conversations about banking services and recommend appropriate channels and products.
• Support branch operations and risk/compliance processes to protect customers and assets.
