Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years demonstrated experience working with clients.
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a client-facing role preferred.
• Ability to work during operating hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong organization and communication skills; problem-solving ability.
• Notary license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrates the overall client experience by managing client flow and referrals to partners.
• Serves as hospitality ambassador delivering consistent client experiences.
• Educates clients on banking products and digital capabilities to support financial well-being.
• Engages in proactive outreach and referrals to deepen client relationships.
