Responsibilities

• Handle everyday banking transactions on teller or platform.
• Provide accurate information and guidance on TD products and services.
• Build trust through educational content and proactive advice.
• Identify customer needs and refer to appropriate TD partners.
• Support customer onboarding and account openings as needed.
• Maintain compliant, accurate records and deliver excellent service.
