Job summary

TD Bank is hiring a Banking Associate in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. You will handle everyday banking transactions, educate customers on TD products, and help open accounts while delivering exceptional service.

You will work with TD’s tools to engage customers, build relationships, and provide proactive financial guidance. Training will cover Teller and platform operations, with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year of customer-facing experience or equivalent (volunteering, education, military).
• Demonstrated customer service skills preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Teller training and part 1 platform training upon hire.
• Strong organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions and open new accounts.
• Provide educational guidance on TD products and services.
• Engage with customers to build trust with educational content and recommendations.
• Promote TD products and services to meet customer needs.
• Support compliance and complete required training.
• Deliver exceptional service and maintain accurate records.

Education
