Job summary

Union Bank is seeking a motivated individual for a full-time customer service position at our North Conway office. You will perform Teller, Vault Teller and Personal Banker duties while maintaining strong knowledge of bank products and services, cross-selling as appropriate to meet customer needs.

The role requires excellent customer service, at least 1 year of banking experience, and the ability to cross-sell.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Minimum of 1 year banking experience.
• Demonstrated cross-selling skills.
• Mathematical and computer aptitude.
• Keep up to date with deposit products and services.
• Completion of Principles of Banking course suggested.
• Stay updated with applicable regulations and bank procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform the full spectrum of Teller, Vault Teller and Personal Banker duties.
• Cross-sell bank products as appropriate to meet customer needs.
