First Community Credit Union in Sugar Land is seeking a Personal Banker to serve existing members and attract new ones. The PB will promote credit union products, handle multiple appointments in a busy office, and help members with a variety of transactions.

A minimum 1–3 years in sales or customer service, bilingual English/Spanish preferred, and Saturday availability are required. The role offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth within a 14-branch network.

We are currently seeking a Personal Banker for our Sugar Land location. Bilingual (English/Spanish is preferred). The Personal Banker (PB) works with existing credit union membership and solicits new members to utilize various credit union products and services. The qualified candidate will need to have a minimum of one to three years sales and customer service experience, in which achieving goals/quotas were met on a routine basis. This position effectively manages multiple appointments in a busy environment while also completing a variety of daily administrative tasks. In addition to providing first rate member service, the PB is accountable for meeting monthly goals, as well as seeking ongoing cross sell opportunities. Great incentives are available based on achievements. Saturday availability is required.

Minimum Qualifications

Education

• High School graduate OR GED equivalent OR equivalent work experience

Experience

• One to three years of financial or related experience, in which achieving sales goals or quotas was required on a routine basis
