• Cross-sell treasury and related small business products
• Grow small business client relationships and implement sales plans
• Deliver client services and outbound/inbound calls to acquire and deepen relationships
• Coach tellers and branch staff on products and referrals
• Educate clients on service channels and leverage digital tools for opportunities
• Assess risk and ensure compliance with Citigroup policies and procedures
• Escalate and report control issues with transparency
