• Participates in a welcoming lobby experience, helping customers and directing them to the appropriate team member.
• Takes ownership of the customer experience, including opening accounts, cross-selling other products and resolving issues.
• Builds new customer relationships through frequent interactions with customers and proactive outreach to ensure satisfaction.
• Educates customers on utilizing available access channels.
• Participates in community events and activities to drive branch visibility and business.
• Assists in resolving difficult customer situations with professionalism and high satisfaction.
