Qualificações

• 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Banking, retail, or sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Smart Banking tools and technologies.
• NMLS registration; Safe Act compliant.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Work with small business loan requests under $250K and refer larger opportunities.
• Cross-sell treasury and related small business products.
• Grow the small business client and implement sales plans for a client book.
• Deliver client services via outbound/inbound calls to build relationships.
• Coach branch staff on products and referrals; identify client needs.
• Educate clients on services and digital channels; present offers.
