Citi in Rowland Heights, California is seeking an entry-level Personal Banker SAFE Act to assist in executing sales, products and service activities with the customer service team.

You will build relationships with individual consumer clients, reference lending opportunities, cross-sell treasury and small business products, and coach branch staff to identify client needs and referrals, while ensuring compliant operations.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• NMLS registration; Safe Act compliant.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Work with client credit requests under $250K and refer larger lending opportunities.
• Cross-sell treasury and related small business products.
• Develop referral opportunities through COIs and MGM program.
• Deliver outbound/inbound services to acquire and deepen relationships via cross-sell.
