SUMMARY: Develop client relationships proactively, utilizing profiles and sales processes to offer products and services that benefit both the customer and the bank. Provide excellent service to maximize client retention.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Contribute to the bank's success by performing major functions including sales, operations, and customer service, with flexibility to perform additional duties as assigned.
High school diploma or equivalent, with at least two years of banking or related sales experience. Knowledge of financial concepts and desktop automation tools required. An undergraduate degree is preferred.
May require registration through the NMLS under the SAFE Act; active registration or willingness to register prior to employment is necessary.
Must be able to stand, walk, sit, and communicate effectively. Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds and travel to different branches as needed.
