Position Overview

Proactively develop client relationships, coordinate bank resources, and assist clients in achieving financial goals. Provide excellent service to maximize client retention.

Essential Duties

1. Sales: Conduct sales activities, cross-sell accounts and services, expand relationships with high-value clients, and refer investment and mortgage opportunities.
2. Operations: Open/close branches, open accounts, process loans, manage client documentation, and ensure quality service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, with at least two years in banking or sales.
• Effective sales and customer service skills, knowledge of financial concepts, and desktop tools.
