Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Floating Personal Banker. In this role, you will perform a variety of duties that support the customer sales and service functions of our branch. Fidelity Bank is a relationship-driven community bank seeking Personal Bankers located in Nazareth and the Lehigh Valley. You will be responsible for assisting customers with their transactions, coordinating work within the branch, and ensuring efficient communication across departments. As a Floating Personal Banker, you will aid in this support further by floating to other branches within Northampton County.
