Job summary

Premier America Credit Union is seeking a dynamic Part-Time Personal Banker II to build and retain member relationships and help meet financial goals. The role offers a flexible schedule across Monday through Saturday branch hours and includes teller and referral duties to drive growth.

You will count cash, balance transactions, and promote credit union products tailored to member needs. Banking and cash handling experience are required for success in this trusted, member-focused role.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent.
• Track record of outstanding member service.
• Must be able to work a flexible part-time schedule during all branch hours, Monday thru Saturday.
• Demonstrated success meeting and/or exceeding established sales goals.
• Banking experience required.
• Cash Handling experience required.
• Strong “People” skills, comfortable multi-tasking, ability to work independently AND as a member of a team, capable in a relationship focused sales environment.
• A significant level of trust, credibility and diplomacy is required.

Responsibilities

• Establish, develop, and retain deep financial relationships with members.
• Performs Teller and referral functions, opens new accounts and loan applications.
• Accurately count cash, checks, and package coins and currency.
• Balance daily transactions and verify cash totals.
• Promotes and refers credit union financial products and services based on member needs.
• Performs a broad variety of Teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments.
