Prosperity Bank seeks a Personal Banker II (Full Time) at Sterling Plaza in Dallas, TX to open and maintain customer accounts, explain banking products, and help clients meet financial needs. Qualifications

• Education/Certification: High school graduate or equivalent.
• Required Knowledge: Good understanding of financial services and products provided.
• Experience Required: Minimum of 3+ years of New Account experience
• REQUIREMENTS: Complete Personal Banker Mentor Program or Personal Banker Learning Plan
• Teller Learning Plan, if applicable
• Understanding the Caller Identification Process and Secure code – training offered by Training Department
• BPM Training, I, II, III and IV
• Understanding when to use DocuSign – Training DocuSign forms and templates
• Open Consumer Checking and Savings Accounts
• Open Commercial Checking and Saving Accounts
• Issue Debit Cards
• Clear DDA exceptions – clear timely
• Offer bank products to customers – cross sell
• Credit Cards
• Check orders – Harland check order training
• Wire transfers/International Wires – introduction to wires and domestic wire training
• Denial exceptions – clear timely
• Identify fraud situations – Risk Management I, II and III
• Assist on teller line, if applicable
• Close accounts
• Service charge waivers – needing approval – weekly report
• Backup/Assist Banking Center Manager other duties as assigned
• Proficient in Trust and Estate Accounts – Training for Trust I and Trust II
• Proficient in all Legal Procedures – POAs etc. – POA Training
• General knowledge of account analysis
• IRAs and HSAs
• Input and close consumer non-real estate loan applications, if applicable
• Proficient in working EOD/DDA reports: zero balance, dormant and suspect
• Knowledge in identifying fraud situations and assisting customer with account fraud
• Fiduciary account styling training
• Online banking and Treasury management services

Responsabilités

• Open, close, and maintain checking, savings, time deposits, and IRAs.
• Presents and explains Bank products and services to clients and assists in meeting their financial needs.
• Profiles clients to identify sales opportunities and cross-sell bank products.
• Maintains privacy of customer account information and builds professional client relations.
• Coordinates with Banking Center Manager and area personnel; completes reports and attends training.
• Actively and professionally sells Bank products and services to meet sales production goals.
