Who You Are

As a Personal Banker II, you are the first point of contact for many of our customers, setting the standard for what it means to bank with us. Our personal bankers believe in trust, integrity, and building relationships with our customers, spanning generations. They are empathetic problem-solvers who deliver the kind of banking experience that makes people want to stop by the bank and say hello.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage an assigned portfolio of customers focusing on acquisition, expansion, and retention.
  • Maintain proficiency in all Frost products, especially deposit and loan products, to effectively educate customers.
  • Provide transactional services including deposits, payments, and check cashing.
  • Meet sales goals for deposit and loan products by discussing customers’ financial needs and presenting suitable solutions.
  • Educate and advise customers about products and services.
  • Work effectively with all Frost bankers and customers.
  • Make outbound calls for service, sales, and onboarding.
  • Stay updated on product, technology, and industry trends.
  • Manage risk and practice loss prevention.
  • Ensure prompt, efficient, accurate, and courteous customer service.
  • Always act with Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve positive outcomes.
What You’ll Need
  • Availability: Monday – Friday, 8am–5pm, with rotating Saturdays, 8:30am–1:30pm.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications.

  • Bachelor's degree.
